This beautiful piano has been completely and immaculately restored – as you can see from the photos. This has involved restringing the piano, having gilded the frame, reconditioning the action (which has recently renewed hammers) and French polishing the case. It has a warm balanced tone, capable of a wide variety of sonority and nuance, and a light to medium touch. It also benefits from having its original set of ivory keys which are in immaculate condition. With its elegantly styled 'sunburst' desk and turned legs this instrument would make a fine feature in any living room and is the perfect size for a domestic space. A wonderful piano in all respects!
