Pianos of the Yamaha U series are always popular as they are highly reliable, consistent and usually of a good tonal quality. This 's' version of the classic U3 has a sostenuto third pedal, rather than the usual 'practice pedal', so it behaves as a modern grand piano in terms of the pedals. It is in pristine condition and sounds fantastic! In fact it's one of the best U3s we've come across, with a strong resonant bass and a singing treble. It has a lovely long sustain - always the sign of a good soundboard.We take great care to select the best quality examples, but all pianos are different and everyone has their own preferences.
